About LIPBUBBLE
LIPBUBBLE (립버블) was a South Korean girl group that formed in 2016. It wasn’t until March 9, 2017 when LIPBUBBLE released their first set of promo images for their upcoming debut single, “Popcorn” which was due to release on March 22, 2017. The promotional images consisted of 7 female members (Hanbi, Seoryn, Mirae, Ryua, Ina, Haea and Eunbyeol) acting cheerful while wearing cheerleader outfits.
On March 22, 2017 LIPBUBBLE released their debut single “Popcorn”, however, there was a lot of backlash against the new girl group for plagiarism and a lack of originality regarding their dance routines. The public felt that Zenith Media Contents didn’t invest enough money into the Popcorn video clip which also caused a fair share of backlash.
Shortly after their debut single released, members Mirae, Ryua and Ina left the group for unknown reasons, leaving the total number of members to four. LIPBUBBLE then announced on May 10, 2018 they were adding their newest member to the girl group, Winy. Unfortunately, Haea left the group shortly after Winy’s arrival which meant the girl group remained at four members in total.
Just when fans were beginning to assume the worst for the future of the girl group, Zenith Media Contents announced a comeback to appear on August 27, 2018 with a brand new single “Yellow Pink”.
In addition to this single, LIPBUBBLE also announced two new members Ella and Lia as well as Mirae rejoining the group which now bought the total of members back up to seven for their debut release.
On 7 September, 2018 LIPBUBBLE released their comeback single “Yellow Pink” and on November 2018, they won their first award at the 26th Korean Culture Entertainment Awards in the Rookie Award category.
The girl group performed their hit song “Yellow Pink” on Z-Pop Dream Live in Seoul on February 23, 2018, however, members Seoryn, Lia, and Ella were noticeably absent during their performance.
Rumours began speculating that LIPBUBBLE were beginning to have problems and it wasn’t until March 2018 when Lia, Ella and Seoryn were silently confirmed to have left the group.
Sadly, on May 20, 2018 Zenith Media Contents announced through their fancafe at the time that LIPBUBBLE would be disbanded.
Winy

Mirae was introduced to LIPBUBBLE on December 14, 2016. She was apart of the original group during their debut single “Popcorn” which released on March 22, 2017. Mirae is a cheerful individual who won the Volunteer Service Aware in middle school and high school.
Shortly after LIPBUBBLE’s debut single “Popcorn” was released, Mirae announced she no longer would be apart of the band. She later rejoined the group for the comeback single “Yellow Pink”.

Hanbi

Hanbi was introduced as a member of LIPBUBBLE on November 18, 2016 where she was apart of the debut single “Popcorn” which released on March 22, 2017. She was also the youngest of the girl band.
Earlier in life, Hanbi became a backup dancer for Lim Chang-jung’s “Open the Door” at the 2013 Gayo Daejeon.
In 2017, Hanbi competed on “The Unit” however she was eliminated on episode 7 and placed 54th.

Eunbyeol

Similar to band member Hanbi, in 2017 Eunbyeol competed on “The Unit” however was also eliminated on episode 7 and placed 60th.
As a young child, Eunbyeol became the president of her school’s Student Committee lasting between grade one through to grade six.

Ina is a South Korean born vocalist who was the fourth member to be introduced to the girl band LIPBUBBLE on December 12, 2016. Ina was apart of the original debut single “Popcorn” which debuted on March, 22 2017.
Throughout her early years Ina made a name for herself, becoming her schools Student Vice President in fifth grade. She became President in sixth grade, which followed by receiving an aware from the mayor. Throughout middle school, Ina attended a dance academy and tried other alternatives to improve her fitness.
On December 15, 2017, Ina announced she would no longer be apart of the girl band LIPBUBBLE as she wanted to focus on her studies.
In October 24, 2018 Ina joined new girl group ALLS-GIRL where she is one of six other members.

Ryua (Also under the name Sion) was born in Gunpo, South Korea and became the second member to join girl group LIPBUBBLE on November 18, 2016. She was also apart of the original debut single “Popcorn” which released on March 22, 2017. Unfortunately, shortly after their debut single Ryua departed the band for reasons that are unspecified.
Ryua use to compete in a variety of children’s song contests where she’s won multiple awards. She also studied theatre and competed in a national theatre festival in middle school.
On July 10, 2018 Ryua joined new girl band Saturday where she is known as “Sion”.

Haea

As a young child, Haea tried different activities such as violin and swimming, which she stayed continued with for 8 years. Unfortunately, Haea no longer swims and has also forgotten how to play violin.
Not only does Haea sing, but she has also had experience with acting. She’s appeared in a variety of commercials as well as on a reenactment program.
Unfortunately sometime in May 2018, Haea left the group LIPBUBBLE for reasons that have not been confirmed.
